This page describes what we collect when you use hwg and how we keep that data protected. Our privacy practices apply to all users accessing our platform from supported jurisdictions. We process personal information only to operate our service, manage your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

What Data We Collect on hwg
We collect personal information in two ways: directly from you and automatically as you use hwg. When you register, we ask for your email, phone number, full name, date of birth, and government-issued ID number (KTP or passport). This is required for know-your-customer compliance and payment processing. We also collect your billing address and payment method details when you make a deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet accounts.
As you use hwg, we automatically log your IP address, device type, browser, login times, wagers placed, game results, and account balance. We use cookies and similar trackers to remember your preferences and session state. We also collect error logs and support tickets when you contact our team. None of this data is used for marketing or sold to third parties.
Sensitive information on hwg
Your government ID, tax ID, and bank account numbers are classified as sensitive. We store these using encrypted databases and access them only for KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory reporting. We never share sensitive data with marketing partners, analytics vendors, or other third parties. Law enforcement requests for sensitive data are processed through our legal team and documented for your review.
How We Use Your Data on hwg

We use cookies to store your session token, language preference, and login state. These are essential for hwg to function. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but hwg may not function correctly if you do. We do not track you across other websites or apps.
Security Practices on hwg
We protect hwg data using SSL/TLS encryption, firewalled servers, and access logs. We do not store passwords in plain text; they are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. We undertake to notify you immediately if we discover unauthorized access to your account. However, no system is fully immune to breach; your password is your first line of defense.
